Your Responsibilities
Sales of Innovative AI Solutions:

You are responsible for selling our products – from digital manufacturing solutions to autonomous quality assurance systems with direct feedback to production.
Customer Acquisition and Support:

You identify potential customers and build long-term relationships.

With a deep understanding of customer requirements, you convince through tailor-made solutions.
Creating and Negotiating Offers:

You develop compelling offers, present them professionally, and successfully negotiate contract conditions.

You have strong closing skills and negotiation expertise.
Market Analysis and Strategies:

You observe market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and continuously optimize our sales strategy.

You support the development of sales and marketing campaigns.
Interface to Internal Teams:

You work closely with our development team to relay customer feedback and continuously improve our products.

You are a bridge between technology and customer requirements.
Interface Management:

You ensure seamless cooperation between all involved parties and act as a connector between technology and customer needs.
Project Communication:

You serve as the main contact for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You ensure transparent communication between all stakeholders.
Your Profile:

Completed technical training or a degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or a comparable field.

Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the field of AI, software, or industrial manufacturing.

Passion for innovative technologies and their application in digital manufacturing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you inspire customers and can explain complex topics clearly.

Willingness to travel to visit our customers on-site and present individual solutions.

Independent and goal-oriented working style with a high level of team spirit.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
