Aidan signature

The right data - tailored to your requirements

With AiDAN signature , we expand your machine data portfolio and open up new possibilities for customized analyses. You now have the opportunity to obtain additional process-specific information and thus advance process optimization without major effort.

The recorded data can now be used specifically for customized machine data analyses. Using workpiece-specific data, you can optimize the process directly at the machine.

In addition, we are able to detect process anomalies such as tool breakage or material wear at an early stage. By labeling the workpieces, we can perform workpiece-specific optimizations and analyses directly, increasing the stability of the manufacturing process.

Suspicious parts that differ significantly from the previous data can be eliminated.
AiDAN signature supports you in making your process even more cost- and resource-efficient.

AiDAN signature already provides you with a digital manufacturing assistant. It opens up a new dimension of process optimization. It directly supports your setup technician and saves your staff from having to spend time searching for or measuring parts to identify the "problem."
