Your Responsibilities

Model Development and Optimization

• Design, train, and continuously improve machine learning and deep learning models for production data analysis and quality control.

• Select and evaluate suitable algorithms and technologies to solve specific application cases.

 

Exploration of New Model Types

• Research innovative model architectures and machine learning techniques.

• Experimentally implement and evaluate new approaches to expand our existing AI methodology.

 

Data Preparation and Processing

• Conduct complex data analyses to extract relevant information from production data.

• Clean, normalize, and transform raw data for model usage.

 

Feature Engineering for Unsupervised Use Cases

• Develop methods for automated generation and selection of relevant features.

• Identify and model anomalies or patterns in production processes.

 

MLOps Support

• Help shape the infrastructure for the operationalization of machine learning models (MLOps).

• Support the implementation and automation of model training and deployment processes.

 

Collaboration

• Work closely with software developers, engineers, and product managers to integrate ML solutions.

• Document and present work results internally.

 

Quality Assurance

• Conduct tests to validate model performance.

• Monitor production models and continuously optimize them based on real-time data.

 

Continuous Learning and Technology Scouting

• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and integrate new technologies into our solutions.

 

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.

• Solid knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Experience in developing and implementing algorithms, especially in image processing, pattern recognition, or natural language processing (NLP).

• Programming skills in languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.

• Experience in processing and analyzing large datasets as well as familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

• Solution-oriented working style and the ability to tackle complex challenges in a structured way.

• Strong communication skills and team spirit to clearly present technical results and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Interest in innovation and technology as well as enthusiasm for developing forward-looking AI solutions.

• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
