MANAGER CUSTOMER PROJECTS (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Coordination and implementation of customer projects:

You accompany customers from the planning phase to the successful implementation of the projects and ensure that all requirements are met.

Technical tasks on site:

• Installation and configuration of software on CNC machines.

• Integration and installation of external sensors into existing systems.

• Testing and commissioning of the installed components.

• Analyses and beta tests of our products

• Support in expanding the customer network architecture

• Adjustments of NC and PLC data

• Cooperation with automation providers

Interface management:

• Work closely with the software development team and the AI team to solve technical challenges.

• Sharing product feedback and assisting with error analysis and bug fixes.

Project communication:

• Contact person for customers throughout the entire project duration.

• Ensuring transparent communication between all parties involved.

 

Your profile:

• Completed technical training or studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or a comparable field.

• Experience in coordinating technical projects, ideally in the area of CNC machines or industrial automation.

• Solid knowledge of software installations and hardware integration.

• In-depth knowledge of CNC controls with a focus on Siemens and Fanuc

• Knowledge in the NC and PLC area

• Knowledge of network architecture and communication

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a problem-solving approach.

• Willingness to travel for business and work directly on-site with customers.

• Good written and spoken English skills
